Refund policy

30-day returns. Try a tee first.

• 30 days. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a return.
• Try one tee. One tee from the pack can be used. Put it back in the package. The other 4 must be unused and in the original packaging.
• Email us first. Write to office@graavee.com with your order number. Returns sent without asking first can't be accepted.
• We send the label. We email you a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns go to P.O. Box 822, Highland, MI 48357.
• Refund to your card. Once we receive and check the return, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Bundles count too. 2-packs, 3-packs and sale packs get the same 30-day return. Gift cards can't be returned.

Damaged or wrong item? Check your order when it arrives and email us right away. We'll make it right.

Exchanges. Return what you have, then place a new order for what you want.

EU orders. If your order ships to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the condition you received them, in the original packaging.
