Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

  • We aim to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it.
  • Delivery within the United States typically takes 5-10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.1
  • We utilize the most economical shipping method available for your order.

International (Europe) Shipping:

  • For orders shipping to European countries, please allow for additional transit time. While delivery times can vary significantly by country, it typically takes approximately 7-21 business days for your order to arrive after shipment. Please be aware that customs processing in your country may also affect delivery times.

Returns:

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your Graavee purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer support team at office@graavee.com or through our contact form on Graavee.com.
  • We offer free returns for eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Upon approval of your return request, we will create and email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label, securely package your item(s), and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for domestic orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and destination.
  • Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and destination. Please note that you may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the2 progress of your delivery.
